The website uses the Coach logo and has the words Cosch Leatherware on the logo. I was searching for Coach website and accidentally i got redirected to this fake website. They exhibit pictures of genuine bags and we feel that it is the original company website. This is a big racket of thieves from China and i think some of their men are in USA as they have all US email addresses!. I request the concerned authorities to take up the matter with these credit card companies and tell them to stop doing the dirty business for these Chinese guys.

Beware all of you who do online business to save a few bucks or being lured by the charm of the photos these fake websites show of their alleged bs products.

Updates to the review posted by author:. I did some more research and found that they have hundreds of websites selling fake coach bags and i am listing a few here. Another funny thing is that this website has a link which takes you directly to the original Coach Website. The original Coach company should notice this and take proper action. Dont be dumb like me. There are a lot of reviews in their website regarding their products and these are all written by their own people as the customer service agent who wrote to me has the same email address as one of the review writers.

All are fake names and fake email addresses.

Review is a subjective opinion of dileep v. Outlet is a separate store with separate line of bags they are outlet not coach. I started getting a bad feeling though, especially when my transaction wouldn't go through properly. I will contact VISA today and have them keep a lookout on any transactions they may try to put through. I came into this website also. Made a purchase and entered my 2 credit cards numbers as the first 1 showed and error when I checked out.

The second one did the same. Wonder if they just use the website to get cc infos?? The same thing happened to me last year.

I was on the Coach website and somehow got directed to Coach Outlet online. They pictures were of real Coach purses. When the payment went through it came up as a different amount and for some "charity organization" I knew at that point it was a scam. Any website other than Coachfactory. Any boots you see being sold less are usually fakes. The price of the boot is a good indicator for a fake. I wasn't that lucky as the above, but I did research after the Xiuchang Keji popped up on the confirmation and said that the charge would show up under this name. I thought this was strange so I immediately sent an email telling them to cancel my order and then I immediately called my bank to tell them what happened and they are going to work with me to stop the payment.

The bank customer service rep told me that the charge information states that this is a wig and supply shop in China, not Coach.

Thank God I went with my gut and came here 1st.

Many people myself included like to use eBay to buy used LV or CL, rather than pay the extremely high prices of buying these bags or shoes brand new at a store. We then have no store reciept as proof of purchase. People can try to be as careful as possible about not buying fakes, but there's always that small chance that a person might be fooled. Thanks to those who helped autheticate my LV shoes.

I know that authenticate4u is always an option, depending on how valuable the item is.

I'm kind of surprised that most sellers don't use an authetification service. I'm sure there are some people out there who are expert authenticators, but most people are not. Does anyone know what the penalty is for this? So obviously eBay can make mistakes. I don't know if I need to worry about being 'wrongly accused' by eBay, but it certainly would be a most unpleasant experience. Most importantly, what happens if a dishonest buyer accuses an honest seller of selling a fake? Any advice to a newbie seller of designer bags and shoes?

Most of my stuff is LV. Thanks for any advice! I'm going through that right now. Ebay removed an authentic listing of mine, I got it authenticated by A4u, and eBay still will not let me relist the item, even though I was told if I got a professional authentication, I could relist it.

It is like butting your head into a brick wall talking to the people at eBay customer no-service. They parrot the same line over and over, it's like they are not willing to overturn what another employee said, even if it is obviously misinformation.

I got transferred over and over and got absolutely nowhere with them. The downside to selling fakes is, as that person pointed out, negative feedback and damage to your seller account which leads to fewer views, less revenue.

Ebay has instituted the "report a buyer" feature, but I have not heard a single person on any of these boards talk about how that is of any help whatsoever in extinguishing the bad buyers. Selling a counterfeit designer item is a Federal Offense and considered Fraud.

Sellers on eBay or in the RW can be hauled to court regarding fraudulent sales even oneso it's a serous offense. Second, all designer items have to be positively authentic before listing or selling it. This means that if it wasn't purchased by you personally that it has to be authenticated prior to sale. I can't tell you how many fakes I've seen over the years from sellers with this story.

If the seller did not buy the item personally at a Boutique or authorized high end Dept store, it needs to be authenticated.Share best practices, tips, and insights. Meet other eBay community members who share your passions. If they do buy a fake buyers need to properly report it. If enough buyers report fake items bought on here the seller most likely won't be able to sell. But nothing is going to happen if the buyer says nothing. There is a 'Report item' link in every listing.

If you know, for absolute suresomething is a fake, report it How do you KNOW it was a fake, did you send it to get authenticated? Your opinion isn't enough. Although it is enough to ruin a seller, you better be absolutely sure. It only takes a few claims of items being faked, even if not true, to ban a small unprotected seller. Some items are signed through the mail and no one has any clue who signed it, that should be mentioned in description though.

Some items are signed in person and can look very different depending on the circumstances. If you don't have a trusted authority saying it is fake, and they are even wrong sometimes, it isn't fake. You should prove it is fake. I buy things like that sometimes and would suggest finding a trusted seller who you KNOW sells good items and buying from them.

If you are always buying the lowest priced item you probably have bought a LOT of fakes which costs much more in the long run then paying a little more originally and getting a good autograph.

How do you know that sellers are getting away with it? A purchase can always be disputed as Significantly Not As Described. And if the buyer and seller cannot work out a satisfactory resolution, eBay will tell the buyer to return the item with online viewable proof of delivery and they will extract a refund from the seller. That's not quite letting sellers get away with it.

The problem with being an outsider who has never gone through this process is that you will never see the inside of it, and you will never really know what happens unless one party or the other tells you.Are you looking for a place to buy or wholesale these fake stuffs? The Sun found more than a dozen sellers using Facebook Marketplace to peddle "replica" items. Facebook doesn't allow counterfeits to be sold on the platform," the company explains. Facebook describes a counterfeit good as a "knockoff or replica version of another company's product". Despite Facebook's claims to block the sale of phoney goods however, it's incredibly easy to find counterfeit items on Marketplace.

A simple search for "replica" items brings up countless results, with sellers using Facebook's tool to brazenly push counterfeit clothing to customers. The goods found by The Sun were clearly marked as being counterfeit items, but that doesn't make the sale of those items legal.

Worse still, it means Facebook's safety systems are clearly missing goods being openly sold as counterfeit. This means it's possible and arguably likely that there are lots of counterfeit items being sold secretly on Facebook that aren't openly listed as fake. Even Facebook admits these practices are rogue: "The manufacture, promotion or sale of a counterfeit item is a type of trademark infringement that is illegal in most countries and is recognised as being harmful to consumers, trademark owners and honest sellers.

But even though Facebook gains from hosting the Marketplace, it's not breaching the law by allowing the sale of counterfeit goods.

It is just two people making a deal. It's also worth noting that it's not actually illegal to buy fake goods — only sellers are breaching the law. Facebook Marketplace launched back ingiving users a way to flog items through the site — just like eBay.

Users can charge as much as they like for products, and receive the full amount because Facebook declines to take a cut. But running Marketplace — which is chock with cheap designer knock-offs — gives Facebook a way to keep users hooked to the site.

Facebook has faced a number of Marketplace controversies before too, suggesting that the social network is failing to clean up its act. Within hours of Marketplace's launch, Facebook was forced to apologise after users began flogging drugs, guns, animals and adult services.

A week later, it emerged that Brits were using Marketplace to sell drugs and imported cigarettes. Just days after that, Facebook removed the "naughty section" of Marketplace, where users were selling sex online.
